The theoretical and practical knowledge imparted over the five preceding modules is tested via a hands-on experience. The participants work on a real-life simulation as a part of the team, and the teams shall compete with other teams in an entrepreneurial start-up game. The capstone project is strategy and entrepreneurship in action and is a fitting grand finale to this highly customised strategy-oriented programme for professional managers.

Dr Basu holds a Fellow in management in Business Policy from IIM Ahmedabad. He is a Visiting Scholar at Schulich School of Business, York University, Canada, Leeds University Business School, UK and Lahti University, Finland. He is a prolific researcher with numerous publications in world reputed journals like the British Journal of Management, Journal of World Business, Journal of Business Research, International Business Review etc. as well as in reputed case repositories like Harvard Business School Publishing/Richard Ivey Case repositories. His primary research interest centres around "institutional responses to discontinuities in emerging markets", and which subsumes informal entrepreneurial ventures as well as formal and state-owned enterprises.

Programme Certificate

Participants would be considered for the final grading only with a minimum of 75% attendance. For less than 75% attendance, grade cut as per the norms will be applied. Participants will be awarded a certificate of completion from IIM Indore on successfully completing all evaluation components and maintaining a minimum attendance of 75%. Grade sheet will be given to the participants along with the certificate.
